On the afternoon and evening of January 2, 2007, members of the WARoNOke Peace Action Group joined the Peace With Justice Committee of Arise for Social Justice on the plaza of the Federal Building in downtown Springfield, as they held a peaceful Vigil where we joined with other local groups in reading the names of the 3,000 U.S. service-people who have died in the land War and Occupation of Iraq.
